Speldhurst Cricket Club is a friendly, locally focused club that supports young players as they progress into competitive league cricket. The club currently runs two league teams in the Kent County Village League and continues to grow its junior coaching programme.
Cricket has been played in Speldhurst since at least 1869. The club now combines that long history with a strong junior section, All Stars Cricket coaching for younger children, and regular league and friendly fixtures.
The club remains one of the village's largest voluntary organisations for young people and a major part of local sporting life.
